What was once a lackluster expanse of blue concrete has become a symbol of community spirit. Also, a neglected patch of land beside it has become lush with new plantings and a sign officially welcoming visitors to Evergreen. This project is at the intersection of Coldspring and Keswick Road - the central entrance to our area. A business area clusters at the tip of Evergreen, allowing residents to grab a bite of Mexican food, gulp a coffee at the local coffee shop or buy and ice cream cone. A park and stream run through it as well. A five to ten minute commute to downtown Baltimore City - this enclave feels very far from the hustle and bustle of crowds.
